Give the carrier the actual load information

List the section count and available dimensions separately. Mark owner estimates so the carrier knows which figures still need verification.
Ask how the towing equipment and projections affect the loaded dimensions. A change in equipment may change the assumptions behind the proposal.
Keep a copy of the information sent with each quote request. If one provider proposes a different hauling method, ask it to explain the effect on scope and price before comparing totals. The same house can be described too loosely for two estimates to cover the same work.
Treat escort booking as its own responsibility
KHP identifies loads exceeding 14 feet in width, along with superloads and large structures, as requiring escorts. It does not supply that service.
