Confirm what the provider is classifying
Section 3.2.1.4 of the DelDOT hauling policy describes the manufactured-housing category. Calling a home “single-wide” does not establish its loaded dimensions or weight. Supply the available identification and section measurements, and tell the carrier which values still need verification.

Share the home details, both addresses and available dates. Ask the provider to confirm the transport scope and any route-dependent allowances.
If those dates do not align, ask which part of the plan must change. Do not treat all five permit days as interchangeable booking slots, or assume a changed pickup automatically changes the permission.
Put the remaining access assumptions in the offer
Identify the actual entrances at both ends of the trip. Photographs should show the road turn, gate and intended receiving position so the provider can request any further assessment before dispatch.
Have the offer state what is included for the described load and route, and which amounts remain allowances. Ask who reports a revised departure and how waiting or rescheduling affects the price. Keep the delivery endpoint explicit: this request concerns hauling, with installation, utility connections and site preparation arranged separately.
