Ask the receiving owner for the exact parcel, confirmation of city limits and the utility serving it. Do not infer that the city controls every destination approval merely because it will inspect a plumbing connection.
For a manufactured home, have the appropriate local office confirm the placement and installation application for the specific unit. This jurisdiction check does not itself establish that a chosen lot allows the home.
